            Discussion and setting of Council Retreat:  Saturday, April 30th, 9-2 pm at Camp Huston in Gold Bar (voiced opposition from Councilmen Boyd and Boucher for added expense of using Camp Huston rather than Sultan’s community room).

            Connie Dunn presented costs estimates from Berryman & Heniger to copy, distribute, etc. the Water and Sewer Comprehensive Plans.  General Council consensus was a deeper look to determine if the city could perform this function at a lower cost.  Continued until the next meeting.
