PUBLIC COMMENTS

  • Josie Fallgatter (question to clarify vote/decision for Timber Ridge). Loretta Storm stated that the decision made to approve the Timber Ridge plat would not withstand a superior court challenge. Unfortunately, it was determined after consultantation with a land use attorney that unfortunately, neither the Heydricks nor Loretta Storm had legal standing to challenge this bad council decision, despite the fact that they were official parties of record during the hearing examiner review and decision process.) (0.7 mb, 4 minutes)
  • Sno-Country Ford property owner commented on his street vacation request (0.8 mb, 5 minutes)

CLOSING COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS (1.6 mb, 5 minutes): Derek Boyd on Timber Ridge; Kristina Blair 's statement that the council must rely on city staff's interpretations and recommendations, and a comment on the street vacation issue; John Seehuus agreed with Kristina's comments; and Bruce Champeaux felt 50% value for street vacation was a fair asking price.
