  • Loretta Storm re Flower's and Tolson's comments that the quick about-turn in sewer capacity forecast could not have been anticipated; and response to Jim Flower's "Red Tape" comments
  • Bart Dalmasso - How city could receive "free" or low-cost transmission tower (on Turk Trail) and how contributions could be raised for skateboard park by offering for sale "distaster kits" for people to use in times of emergencies (both great ideas)
  • Janie Botting - Thanks to council for approving her family's segregation request

No comment from Boucher, Champeaux. John SEehuus and Jim Flower thanked folks for coming. Kristina Blair suggested criticism of process is warranted and helpful if it can teach city to avoid planning pitfalls in the future. Mayor Tolson announced that the Prothman study and results would be presented at the 9/28 council meeting.
