Director of the VOA; Gerry Gibson re WWTP issues; Traci
Ourada re City responsibility re SPD budget accountability; Storm's
response to C/M Blair's complaint that SPD $52,000 budget amendment
for extra officers came as a surprise, was council's responsibility
(for letting SPD Levels of service fall too low, for not requesting
reports from city finance dept., etc.) and criticism for lack of city
initiative in seeking/finding grants for police services, while going
all-out for taxpayer money to "grow" new homes.
