  • Loretta Storm: Various, including concerns re unavailability of the City's historical Investment Interest requested by the City's Blue Ribbon CAP, and why that information has not been supplied by D. Knigt/L. Koenig. (Audio File I-1, 2:50 min., 500 kb)
  • Josie Fallgatter - Re Comprehensive Plan consultant contracts (and Cisar's responsibility) to produce an compliant comprehensive plan, the ultimate responsibility does fall at the mayor's feet. (Audio File I-2, 53 seconds, 157 kb)

COUNCILMEMBER RESPONSE TO PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS

C/M Jim Flower made the only comment (response to Storm's statement re Flower's opening statement at the start of the meeting re "us v. them." (Audio File J, 4:47 min., 844 kb).
