1) Discuss and potentially set policy governing Council meetings including but not limited to the Chair’s role in Council meetings. (Audio File B, 1.6 mb, 9:19 min.)
2) Discuss and potentially request the City Attorney attendance at Council meetings. (Audio file C, 337 kb, 1:54 min.)
3) Discuss and take action regarding employee contracts and policy relating to hiring a new Clerk/Treasurer. This may include reviewing and updating the City’s Personnel Policy. (Audio File D, 3.0 mb, 16:58 min.)
4) Further discuss and take potential further action on forming a Special Audit Committee to do an internal audit of the City of Gold Bar. (Audio File E, 1.8 mb 10:14 min.)

6) Discuss and potentially take action on the City Clerk-Treasurer’s exit package and the City Clerk-Treasurer’s notice of termination of contract:
