POSSIBLE CHOICES:

  1. In an executive session meeting closed to the public?
  2. During a public council session, disallowing questions from the taxpayers?
  3. In a special public meeting which will allow questions from the taxpayers to be answered by the State Auditor?
  4. Publication of witten findings only, without any opportunity for citizens to either question or comment?
  5. Other methods --- ???

IF ANY AUDITOR FINDINGS REVEAL "ACTIONABLE" (i.e., "criminal") OFFENSES BY CITY STAFF OR CITY OFFICIALS, SHOULD SUCH CHARGES BE FORWARDED TO THE PROSECUTOR BY THE STATE AUDITOR OR OTHER RESPONSIBILE GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL?

    • Yes, I believe they should be held accountable.
    • No, It's water over the Sultan bridge; let's move forward.
