"A Road Runs Through It"....

We're wondering whether the 25 mph speed limit on Gohr Road also applies to the Boucher Ponds....

If one looks closely at this photo from the assessor's office, they will see double gold/yellow lines which indicate a "road" going through the Boucher ponds, which is designated 134th Street. S.E. How did this "road" come into existence?

Another strange anomaly is a property line running down the middle of a house, owned by Councilman Dusty Boucher. The other house, just above and to the left of the red arrow, is owned by Derek Boucher, a candidate for council in the 2003 election.

How do these things happen?
