Broughton Manor, Gary Broughton's 8-lot Formal Plat
The Preliminary Formal Plat was approved by council July 30, 1998. As of this writing (4/19/03), that was four years and nine months ago. We placed a Public Information Request on 3/24/03 for the complete file on this project. It was fulfilled on 4/8/03. However, even though I had requested all email communication and copies of all building permits and TR's (Treasurer's Receipts) on this project, there was only one copy of a TR (with a reference to one previously paid, and no emails or permits.

RELATED RCW'S AND OUR OPINION OF WHY THIS PLAT REQUIRES A HEARING (Word, Acrobat)
(For a good discussion on revisions to preliminary plats, check out the discussions on this issue at the Sky Harbor development project.)

DOCUMENTS IN CITY FILE (Acrobat files):

Except for the maps and TRs (the first two files listed below), these documents are listed chronologically from most recent to oldest. NOT in the file are copies of permits, hook-up fee verification (the water/sewer hook-ups have been installed for at least three years), hook-up inspection documents, a traffic study, and other essentials).

There were other documents in the file related to a 1994 Roger Broughton (Bob's and Gary's dad) short plat that included several City of Sultan easements for city main water line across their property, and other easements. These are detailed legal transfer document we did not copy becuase of their technical nature and their bulk, but will be provided to anyone upon request (call 360-793-6683)
