Location:  Three miles east of Gold Bar on the south side of SR-2

SEPA Decision:  DS, February 1, 2002, PDS has determined that this project does have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment and has issued a Determination of Significance (DS).  An environmental impact statement (EIS) under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c) is required.  This decision was made after review of a completed envionmental checklist and other inforamtion on file with this agency.
