It was a very stormy process between those who wanted to stay outside the UGA, and those who wanted to be inside the city limits.

In the "Nothing Ever Changes" category, Read an editorial on "Property Rights" by a local resident for an interesting perspective. Unfortunately, the only copy we have has a frayed right side, so some words are missing. But the meaning is clear as crystal, even without those words.
