"SEE
DICK RUN...(on Main Street)"
-

Well,
yeah, he sits sometimes, too!
Join John every Saturday from 11:30 to 1:00 on Main Street,
pressing
the flesh and kissing babies
(and other folks, too. Watch out, Dr. Raney! He'll hug ya!)

Things
you won't see in the voter's pamphlet about John:
- John has
five kids. Additionally, he and his lovely wife, Tina, are currently
hosting Ibrihim, an exchange student from Uzbekistan, whose desire is
to be in politics.
- John owns
a meat market in the Woodinville/Bellevue area. (He makes the best marinated
flank steak and turkey jerkey in the world.)
- John has
a generous, giving nature and is a soft touch for almost any charity
case. (Hey, he's a friend of mind, which proves that statement!) He
has given generously of his time, but prefers to remain in the background
rather than take any credit for those acts.
- He was
recently involved in a dispute with a neighbor --
John Doubek -- and made several requests of the council to act to
resolve the situation. In doing so, John has been instrumental in attempting
to activate a codified committee to help in such cases -- the Technical
Review Committee, but he has also engendered severe criticism.
- John was
instrumental in helping Dale
Doornek into the Sultan limelight, for his bid in the World Rowing
Championship in Milan, Italy in August, 2003. Dale needed donations
to help pay his way to the competition.
- John and
Donna Murphy, Chelsea McCubbin and Girl Scout Troop #3037, helped to
resurrect the High Street trail, and renamed it
"Turk Trail."
