This plan has been provided by the City of Sultan. We have broken the chapters into three different files, in order to make it more easily accessible to view and download. When the file came to us, it was well over 5 megs of memory, which is too large a file to be managed easily. We have broken this study into 4 parts: Chapters 1 and 2; Chapters 3 and 4; Chatpers 5, thru 7; and a separate file for each of the referenced figures (1 through 9), which are quite large.

These files are presented in Adobe (default) and MS Word formats.

This plan DOES NOT include the eastern part of the city, otherwise known as the Wagley Creek LID-97-1
