Summary Statement:
As stated in the Facts & Findings, the Planning Commission recommends approval for this Site Plan, including the Variance request. The neighbor problem has been remedied and staff will provide a report at the meeting. The applicant will be in attendance to answer any questions. Additional background information is on file in City Hall if anyone wishes to review them (SEPA checklist, tape of PC meeting, etc.) Staff recommends approval of the project.Financial Impact:
The applicant is requesting Council approve "credits" in lieu of paying Water Capital Improvement fees and Street Impact fees. He has agreed to upgrade the water main serving the property and construct street improvements. Staff recommends approval of the requests.Recommended Motion:
Adoption of the Facts & Findings. Approval allowing the credits to be applied to the improvement fees.
