Notice is hereby given that an Application for commercial development involving the construction of two identical buildings, each with office space on the first floor and seven motel units on the second floor, and associated on site improvements, has been submitted for the property located at 809 Croft Avenue, known as the Stevens Pass Motel, and legally described as Gold Bar 1^st Addition, Lots 1-4 Block 16, Lots 6-11 Block 13. The application was determined to be technically complete for processing and public review on June 29, 2004.

Completed application material evaluating the proposed project referred to as the Stevens Pass Motel Expansion is available at City Hall, 107 5^th Street, Gold Bar, WA. The Gold Bar Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on this project at 7 PM on July 27, 2004.

It is the right of any person to review and comment on the application, receive notice of and participate in any hearings, request a copy of decisions once made and exercise any rights of appeal. Public review and comment will end at 5 PM July 23, 2004. Comments must be in writing and delivered to City Hall by this date.
