Ray George was appointed and confirmed to the Sultan Planning Commission during the 12/3/03 council meeting, joining existing and significant developer-real estate-represented interests currently on the commission, Janie Botting, Bart Dalmasso and Tom Green.

The appeal by Ray & Kay George to not pay sewer & water fees on improvements planned for their Alder property. (Their appeal was later dropped when they filed for a BLA on the property instead.)

The Georges requested that the city design an ADU ordinance. The city complied.

Ray and Kay George desire to build an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) on this property was supported by an mrsc publication. (This might be useful reading for the city BEFORE they write revisions to ordinance.)
