2006

Cascade Breeze Estates:
A 30 s.f. units south of Eagle Ridge on Sultan's west-facing bluffs, in two parts: Part #1 (pp 1-13) and Part #2 (pp 14-27) Note: This was a Garth York plat application which was approved and processed simultaneously with his Steen Park plat application. For purposes of simplicity and "efficiency," John Galt processed these together, as MIRROR" plat applications.

Steen Park Estates:
A 18 s.f. cluster subdivion with C.U.P. (Conditional Use Permit) on east side of Sultan Basin Road near crest of hill. April 16, 2006 decision in two parts: Part #1 (pp 1-13) and Part #1 (pp 14-27) Note: This was a Garth York plat application which was approved and processed simultaneously with his Cascade Breeze Estates plat application. For purposes of simplicity and "efficiency," John Galt processed these almost as "twin" plat apps.

Skoglund Estates:
A 48-unit PUD on south side of 132nd Street S. E. Galt's May 2, 2006 Opinion/Recommendations: Denial and return to applicant for correction (City of Sultan's Staff report, presented at the Galt hearing.) (Audio of April 25, 2006 Galt hearing.)

Ramirez's Twin Rivers Estates:
A 22-unit S.F. PUD along the north shore of the Skykomish River.

2005

Timber Ridge:
87 (reduced to 85) S. F. unit PUD on the critical slopes of Sultan Basin Road 1/4 mile north of U. S. 2. This plat had serious environmental and traffic issues which were not adequately addressed. The City Council, given poor city staff and legal advice, felt they had no choice but to overturn the Hearing Examiner's recommendations (below):

Located at the southeast corner of Sultan Basin Road and 132nd, St. SE. (There was also a court case connected with this project.)
