#2 (pp 14-27) Note: This was a Garth York plat application which
was approved and processed simultaneously with his Steen Park plat application.
For purposes of simplicity and "efficiency," John Galt processed
these together, as MIRROR" plat applications.

and traffic issues which were not adequately addressed. The City Council,
given poor city staff and legal advice, felt they had no choice but
to overturn the Hearing Examiner's recommendations (below):
