We try to "keep up" with the results of hearings, but occasionally it's difficult, given time constraints. You can always check directly with the City under a Public Infromation Act request to obtain copies of all Hearing Examiner reports.

124th Street Annexation Hearing: This hearing was held in two parts in front of the City Council and was therefore no hearing "report," per se. There are only transcriptions to detail the events -- the first event was a hearing heard June 7th, the second, June 28th. The City Council discussion and decision on July 22nd has not been transcribed due to time constraints, but they wisely voted to reject this annexation because of lack of infrastructure to support it.

Kraut-Kummerfeldt Appeal of Building Official's Decision on Eagle Ridge II Building Permits.
The Hearing Examiner upheld the Sultan Building Official's position on all nine allegations of the Kraut-Kummerfeldt Appeal. (We will try and have a complete transcription for you at a future date. For now, here's a transcript of the first part of the hearing, held September 25th. The second part was held October 2, 2000.
