Project Name: Stratford Place Preliminary Planned Unit Development, Preliminary Plat, and Variance of required Street Frontage Improvements on 7th Street.

Project Description: The Applicant proposes to construct a 20-unit single-family Planned Unit Development (PUD) known as Stratford Place on 2.6 acres of property generally located at the northeast corner of Fir Avenue and 7th Street. The Applicant is also requesting a Variance to the required Street Improvements for 7th Street located along the westside of the property. The Development will provide parking facilities, landscaping, recreation facilities, water, sewer, and on-site storm water facilities including an on-site porous concrete roadway and sidewalk

Location: The subject property is generally located at the northeast corner of Fir Avenue and 7th street.

Surrounding property owners are being notified of this Land Use Application and are invited to attend the Public Hearing. This will be the only Open Record Public Hearing and opportunity to give verbal comments. Written comments may be submitted to the City prior to or at the Hearing.
