Project Description: The Applicant proposes to construct a 20-unit single-family Planned Unit Development (PUD) known as Stratford Place on 2.6 acres of property generally located at the northeast corner of Fir Avenue and 7^th Street. The Applicant is also requesting a Variance to the required Street Improvements for 7^th Street located along the westside of the property. The Development will provide parking facilities, landscaping, recreation facilities, water, sewer, and on-site storm water facilities including an on-site porous concrete roadway and sidewalk
