Project Description: The Applicant proposes to change the Boundary Line between two contiguous Lots (42 and 43) of the Twin Rivers Subdivision, Tax Parcels 00384100004200 (Lot 42) and 00384100004300 (Lot 43) in order to locate all of an existing shed on Lot 43. Property is located at 206 and 208 Skywall Drive, Sultan, WA.

OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC REVIEW
The purpose of this notice is to provide public notification of the project submittal. Any person may comment on this Application. Public comments will be accepted until the end of a minimum comment period of 14 days, ending at 5:00 pm, December 31, 2004 may be mailed or faxed to the following address:

This project will be reviewed for compliance with the Sultan Municipal Code. The Department shall Approve, Approve with Conditions, or Deny the Application based on the criteria set forth in the Sultan Municipal Code Section 21.02.050. The Department is required to issue a Decision within 15-working days, pending submittal of additional information. This project does not require a Public Hearing.
APPEALS
The Decision of the Planning Director shall be final subject to the right to appeal to the Hearing Examiner. Appeals must be filed within 10 days from the Date of Decision.
