NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Sultan Planning Commission has continued there (sic) September 6, 2005 Public Hearing to September 20, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the Council Chambers, located at City Hall, 319 Main Street, Sultan, Washington. At this time, additional Public Comments will be taken on Proposed Amendments to the Unified Development Code to consider a reduction in the 5-acre minimum requirement to 2-acres and establishing a minimum lot size of 5, 000- square feet for single-family detached dwellings developed under the Planned Unit Development (PUD) provisions. Copies of the proposed Amendments described are available at City Hall. Written comments may be sent to the City Planner at PO Box 1199, Sultan, WA 98294-1199.
