NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

APPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE DETERMINIATION

A Public Hearing will be held before the City of Sultan Hearing Examiner, on October 19, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. on soon thereafter in the City of Sultan Council Chambers, located at 319 Main Street, Sultan, Washington.  The Public Hearing is to consider an Appeal of an Administrative Determination issued by the City for the L43-1 Greens, LLC Formal Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development Application File Number FPPUD05-001.

Copies of the Appeal and additional documentation are available for review at the City of Sultan, City Hall, 319 Main Street, Sultan WA.  Written comments may be sent the City Planner at P.O. box 1199, Sultan, Washington 98294-1199.  For further information please contact City Hall at 360-793-2231.
