Project Description:         The Applicant proposes to construct an 18-unit single-family Cluster Subdivision known as Steen Park on 5.0 acres of property generally located east of Sultan Basin Road, south of the Sky Harbor Subdivision and approximately 2,500 feet north of State Route 2.  The Development will provide Public Streets, Landscaping, Recreation Facilities, Water, Sewer, and Storm Water Facilities.

Location:                          The subject property is generally located south of the Sky Harbor Subdivision east of Sultan Basin Road and approximately 2,500 feet north of State Route 2.
