OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC REVIEW
The purpose of this notice is to provide public notification of the project submittal. Any person may comment on this application. This project will be reviewed for compliance with the Sultan Municipal code. The Department shall approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application based on the criteria set forth in the Sultan Municipal Code section 21.02.050. The Department is required to issue a decision within 15 working days, pending submittal of additional information. This project does not require a public hearing.
APPEALS
The decision of the Planning Director shall be final subject to the right to appeal to the Hearing Examiner. Appeals must be filed within 10 days from the date of decision.
