NOTICE OF EMERGENCY HEARING POSTPONEMENT

FROM MAY 4, 2004 TO

Tuesday, MAY 11, 2004 - 1:00 PM

 

The continuation of the Hearing regarding an Appeal by VALWORKS 2000 of

Notice and Order (No. 03-004) to take corrective action has been postponed for one week due to a death in the family of one of the principal parties. 

 

VALWORKS 2000 has filed an Appeal of the Notice and Order to take corrective action as follows:

 

    1. Re-plat of Lot 108 of the Revised Plat of Willow Tract to accommodate an Approved Wetland Mitigation Plan;
    2. Obtain Approval of a Wetland Mitigation Plan as required by SMC 16.80.070.
    3. Perform mitigation in accordance with an Approved Wetland Mitigation Plan.

 

The Hearing on the Appeal will be held at City of Sultan, Council Chambers, 319 Main Street, Sultan WA 98294.
