• SNOHOMISH COUNTY SHERIFF'S PROPOSAL for Sultan law enforcement protection:
  This proposal, which we have broken down into three Acrobat files for easier opening and access, was submitted to the City. We ask that folks be careful when trying to compare costs, and in reading this proposal. It is confusing, and the benefits described -- such as liability issues -- seem to include certain costss when it does not. We hope to post an explanation of some of these items tomorrow, but wanted to get this posted ASAP.
