· NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING FOR 39-UNIT TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM PROJECT ON 6.14 ACRES. AJ’S PLACE WILL BE LOCATED ON 1^ST STREET, NORTH OF HIGH STREET AND SOUTH OF GOHR ROAD.

· THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2005, 6-8 PM AT THE SULTAN COMMUNITY CENTER, 319 MAIN STREET.

On behalf of the Applicants, I would like to invite you to our neighborhood meeting, in reference to the proposed project, which has access from 1^st Street. A vicinity map has been included on the back of this notice for your reference.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2005 from 6pm to 8pm. We have reserved the Community Center for the meeting. The Community Center is located at 319 Main Street. Please contact them directly, at (360) 793-2231 for directions.

We ask for your input and thoughts on the project. Please come and share your ideas.
