This document displays the City of Sultan’s PowerPoint report as it was presented at the beginning of its Feb. 11, 2006 council retreat – with the exception that it does not include the special background formatting, which has been eliminated in order to reduce the file size for faster viewing.

This version also does not include the large aerial map of Sultan (which is several mb in size)  which depicts its current city limits as of Feb., 2006, and its Urban Growth Area (UGA) as it existed in late 2005; i.e., it does not reflect recent enlargements to Sultan’s UGA as approved by Snohomish Co. in late 2005.  This aerial map can either be obtained directly from the City, or by accessing a second pdf file on our website of this presentation as it was given to us by Mayor Tolson of the City of Sultan.
