APPEAL OF ROAD STANDARDS - BARCLAYS NORTH'S SKY HARBOR (d.b.a. 1319 Sky Harbor, LLC, appellant)
Hearing Examiner Appeal Hearing of July 20, 2004 (legal notice)
Due to a difference of opinion between the City of Sultan and Barclays North, Baclays appealed the City's administrative decision regarding road standards (specially, thickness of roadway) on June 7, 2004. Below is some of the documentation included in the City's file related to this appeal.
