Feb. 2004: Valwork appeals Hearing Examiner's decision to replat:

• Feb., 2004: City attorney Graafstra-crafted Memorandum of Agreement, to forestall a new H.E. hearing and decision. This was approved by the city council in March, 2004, but negotiations on specifics of implementation fell through.
• May 27, 2004: Hearing Examiner decision on Valwork's appeal of the City's Notice and Order to replat Willow Run , as Word file (in Acrobat).
