S. 2 at the far southeastern corner of Sultan's city limits. Until this sign was erected, no one but the City's "in crowd" knew anything about "mall" being planned. Grid-lock, anyone? |

An "Open House" was held August 31, 2000 to unveil"Phase II" of the Industrial Park Master Plan. Instead of SEPA determinations for each new proposed commercial development site, the City is proposing to "fast-track" it with a NPRF (Non-Project Review Form. Read our "editorial", which adds some "meat" to the food for thought placed on the table. INDUSTRIAL PARK MASTER PLAN (Complete as we received it from the City.
